Our Crafting Process

Each bottle is the result of 4 traditional steps, using no chemicals

Selecting Sticky Rice

Premium golden flower sticky rice from Central Vietnam, plump and naturally fragrant.

Traditional Fermentation

Using family heirloom yeast, fermented for 30-45 days to achieve a delicate sweetness.

Distilled at low temperatures to preserve the full aroma and essence.

Aged for an additional 3-6 months in clay jars to "mature" and soften the wine.
